Where do I find the driver at Logan?

When you book an airport pickup service, online or over the phone, we will include the airport pickup instructions. Each terminal has a designate limo area where all drivers wait.

Why can't the driver come inside the terminal and help me with my luggage?
At Logan airport, vehicles cannot be left unattended. This is the policy. Therefore, our chauffeur must remain next to his vehicle.

Do you check the status of my flight?
Yes, we monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time accordingly.

How far in advance should I book the service?
It all depends on the type of vehicle and occasion. However, the sooner you make the reservation the better.

Can you hold on to our car seats until our return?
Unfortunately, we can't. You can bring your own car seat and take it with you or rent one from us.

What do you mean by " hourly service is garage to garage?
This means that the hour starts from the time the vehicle leaves our garage in Boston until it returns to our garage in Boston.

Is food allowed inside the limo?
Light snacks such as chips and pretzels are allowed. But you are not allowed to bring in any fruit, pizza, cake etc.

Does your limo come with a full bar?
The limo comes with a full bar that includes clean glassware, napkin, ice and water bottle. If everyone in the party is over 21 years of age, you can bring your own alcohol.

Can the hourly service be split into two parts?
No, all hours must be consecutive hours.

Can I open an account with you?
Definitely. Just click on "register" and follow the instructions.

Can I update an existing reservation online?
No. You need to call us, and we will update your reservation and send you a revised email.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please check the "policy". Each type of service has its own cancellation policy.

Can you pick up a package for me and bring it to my house?
No, unfortunately we can't.

Do you accept payment in foreign currency?
We only accept payment in US dollar using major credit cards.
